Abstract: The Nursing Outcomes Classificaton system (NOC), as one of the standardized nursing language, has great significance to the development of nursing disciplines. This article described the conception and significance, production and development, effect of clinical application of the nursing outcomes classification. It is expected to provide information for the application of nursing outcomes in China's health service system.
